How to achieve firmer skin without surgery
Thermage is suitable for treating sagging skin all over the body, except on the breast.
A single treatment leads to a noticeable firming of the desired region. This effect results from two mechanisms: firstly, what is known as shrinking, the so-called immediate effect, which is visible right after the treatment and represents approximately 15% of the total effect to be expected, and secondly, the build-up of collagen, which takes place gradually and reaches its maximum only after 12 months.
